Face-to-Face Class
We offer an 8-hour Homebuyer Education Class the second Saturday of every month from 8am- 5pm at our office in Clearwater. There is no fee to take this class.

Online Class
Buying a home is a big deal, whether you’re doing it for the first time or getting back into the ever-changing market. When you educate yourself for smart homeownership with Framework, you’ll navigate every step of the process with confidence. The Framework course is affordable too: just $75.
***Please Note: At the end of the class you will be asked to schedule a phone session with a Housing Counselor to answer any questions you have about homeownership. These sessions are available Monday-Friday 9:30am- 4pm. You must PASS the class to receive a certificate.***
