At Risk of Foreclosure?

If foreclosure has been filed or threatened, we can help. Our assistance is free and effective.

“80% of loan modification turndowns are due to incomplete or incorrect paperwork. By working alongside an experienced counselor to analyze your circumstances, and to submit correct and thorough documents to the servicer for review, we increase the odds from 11% to 44%. Making sure people remain in their homes, and seeing the look on their faces when they receive the modification, that is what makes my work worthwhile.”
